INTERNET HARASSMENT VIDEO

ANSHU CHRISTA JACOBSON
"Harassment, Slander & Defamation of Character"

This last year the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo has grown to well over 9,000 students in now 20+ different countries Word Wide!  It is wonderful to be able to touch so many people’s lives and help so many see the beauty of Traditional Japanese Budo through the teachings of Authentic Ninjutsu.  My teacher always told me "with rank becomes responsibility", this statement also holds true in the cyber world of internet politics.

As the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo has grown larger and larger as a school of shinobi-jutsu there are those that want to discredit us, make up false and ridiculous statements, pretend to be us or a school associated with us.  Anytime that someone reads a comment online, one should understand that it is a cowardly attack, as the person just has a user name (that is usually not their real name) and a lot of bad and hateful things to say.  We as martial artist should not pay any attention at all to those that want to slander our schools or our organizations as this is not an act of Budo, in fact slandering others, personal attacking someone for “your opinion” and belittling others goes against what many of use learn in the martial arts.

“Let them talk, actions speak louder than words. As they take their time to talk, we are taking our time to get better.  They talk all of these negative and hateful things, yet never say their name or show their skills in anyway.  We have posted many videos and have shown many the type of training that we do here at the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo, we have students all over the world and we let our actions speak for itself and do not get caught up in childish arguments of words”.

In all of the attacks that we have had, not one time did anyone call me, come to the school, email me or contact me in anyway.  I just get an email from someone that I do not know saying that I need to defend myself on this or that website / forum.  My answer is why?  To me, why would anyone take the opinion of someone that does not say their name, say where they live, state their ranks in the arts or who they trained  / trains under.  I have a complete bio listed on the site with all of my ranks and certificates listed.

With as many students, books, magazines, DVD’s, ninja camps, shinobi seminars and kuden training events that we do, there will be some that do not like what we do, and that is ok. With that I have to say that we are very lucky because some Ninjutsu organizations really get bashed and trashed from one side to the other.  We really do not get that many attacks but every now and then we do, and we just endure the attack and keep moving on in life.

I am a wife, a mom and a martial arts teacher, and these three things are the greatest loves of my life, so for me to waste time arguing with others and taking time away from those areas of my life is not going to happen, I just delete the comments, block user and go on with my day.  With this rank, becomes responsibility.  People are going to attack us, when they do you should ask yourself “who are they”?  Chances are they never say their name, what art they train in, their rank or any information at all.  It is always on a forum or some free account website.

I am asking all of the students of the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo to not partake in these actions, this does nothing but keep them active, if you are a student of the International Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo and you have any questions, all I ask is that you send us an email with your student ID# and we will be more than happy to answer any questions.

This world is getting worse as greed, hate and crime getting higher and higher.  We need to stay focus on our training and make our skills as sharp as the sword that we carry.  By taking time away from the things that are important like family and training we are taking time away from making us better as a people.  We all need to stay focused on the things that are the most important.

I wish you all well. Take care, be safe and good luck in your journey of Budo.

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER,...

People need to grow up and be adults and quit talking about each other and spend the time training instead of talking. No one is good enough to be criticizing anyone else”.
