7 TRADITIONS BECOME "KU"

Thank you for visiting my zen page. Below are seeds of wisdom, I hope that you will find the time to explore these words, and from their wisdom, find contentment. Remember that it is you and only you who can make yourself happy and rich in body and spirit. Practice with diligence and patience and you will find peace.  Good Luck in your journey of budo.

- A drop of ink may make a million think.

- In the beginners mind there are many ways, but in the experts mind there are few.

- Ability can take you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there.

- A bird does not sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song.

-- Action may not always have happiness, but there is no happiness without action.

- Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without one.

- A diamond cannot be polished without friction, or a person without trials.

- A cynic is someone who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing.

- It is later than you think.

Alone

Just you.

No one knows you.

No one see' you for who you are.

You dont even know yourself.

You dont know what you are going to do.

You have no one to talk to.

Alone.

Freedom

The ability to follow what your soul asks.

The ability to show the world who you are.

The ability to have a dream,

a vision,

 and to achieve it.

Freedom.

- Christa J. Jacobson

Truth

Truth.....This is not the action of doing anything that you want, but rather the honesty in the expression of how you do it.  Without truth, you are a lost soul in the world that you create.  With truth you are the center of the universe you create, and in this universe, having the ability to honestly express yourself.
